On the commercial side, your analysis may include, but not be limited to: consumer segmentation, marketing effectiveness, spending habits, shopping trends, market baskets, shelf capacity, pricing models, market measurement, product assortment, demographic trends, and competitive dynamics.

These roles combine analytic skills and business understanding to design and complete research relevant to the business needs of the brand, customer, or business process to which you are assigned. The positions demand strong communication and leadership skills since your work will involve significant collaboration with other analysts, internal business partners, suppliers, and customers. You will also be expected to develop innovative methods to draw actionable insights from current and new sources of data and information.

• Demonstrated leadership and very strong analytics skills in applying techniques to deliver actionable insights from business data. Has a passion for solving mathematical problems and is comfortable solving unstructured problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action and provide objective viewpoint to business leadership
• Ability to think and communicate like a business owner, with a passion for driving business growth, and the skills to develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the particular business or business process that is the focus of analysis
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others
• Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree, with a Master’s degree preferred
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related area (i.e. Finance, Marketing, MBA) with demonstrated analysis skills or degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or similar field focused on quantitative methods with demonstrated business skills
• Related full-time or internship experience with syndicated point of sale, ("scanner") household panel data, or Operations Research modeling is helpful but not required
