Acts as a key point of contact between the technological segment of the activity and the business;
Establishes strong working relationships with team members and across the business as appropriate;
Researches to determine if solutions to business needs currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible;
Analyses business processes, products and operations to create detailed business requirements. Communicates these requirements to the Architecture team for the design and implementation of business solutions;
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, industry best practices and standards and that the requirements are clearly understood by technology team;
Identify, assess and record near-term business needs, options, risks and associated costs;
Document business requirements and communicate them to the Architecture team for design and implementation;
Communicates business priorities to the technology organization accordingly, in order to drive effective business solutions;
Contributes a business or process perspective during design reviews;
Supervises and coordinates user acceptance testing.
For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the Telecommunication industry, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst.
Required
University or Master Degree in Computer Science or related field;
Minimum three years of relevant work experience;
Strong communication skills;
Proven flexibility, adaptability and reliability;
Excellent analytical skills;
Knowledge of business modelling concepts.
