Summary of job tasks:
- Cooperation in the development, implementation and support of applications and computorized systems;
- Operation support of the equipment and informing about it;
- Proposing new investments and cooperation in purchase of computer equipment;
- Creation and implementation of data (protection and security);
- Follow up on novelties and their implementation in the working process;
- Project management or cooperation;
- Preparation of documents and SOPs;
- Education of end users;
- Development, definition and implementation of internal standards;
- Cooperation with suppliers in country and abroad;
- End user support;
- Keeping record of calls;
- Suggesting and cooperation in choice of licence software on PCs;
- Assurance of hardware and software support;
- Other tasks given by the superior or ITT division in compliance with the employee's qualifications and needs of the working process.
Responsibilities:
- professionally reports to ITT division in headquarters;
- employed by the local representative office.
- 3-years of experience in user support
- Middle or higher vocational education in the field of computer science
- Verbal and writing fluency in English
