As an IT Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for local applications support for customer service representatives in Russia & Ukraine.
You will have to be able to communicate fluently in Russian, expectation is to fix 60% or more of issues on the spot, for the rest execute the change and version management processes that will be defined.
You will be coordinated by a senior that will know the business cases, applications & technical infrastructure – second level of support. Job scope is limited to Russia & Ukraine.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide support for local applications supported
- Document changes and keep version management.
- Keep communication on change progress and implementation.
- Escalate to second and third level of support in case of need
- Interface between P&G and local provider where needed.
- Advanced Microsoft Access & Excel skills
- VBA programming (Visual Basic for Applications)
- Very good Russian and English
- Interpersonal skills (listening, accepting suggestions, giving feedback)
- Skills in problem analysis and problem solving
- Ability to work in team
- Suggesting new approaches, ideas, improvements
- Working with goals and priorities.
