RESPONSABILITATI

•Coordinate and administer the asset management core processes;
•Manage asset data in the form of physical assets, software assets, software licenses, leases and contracts, ensuring asset data is continuously maintained as a result of adherence to the asset management processes & procedures;
•Manage exceptions resulting from asset management processes and procedures, identify reasons of process and data discrepancies and identify ways to resolve them;
•Monitor and report on the quality of the data associated with asset management;
•Assist with new customer implementations of asset management including import / set-up of initial asset data, leases, contracts, service billing structures and the like;
•Work with other teams in relation to exchange of asset management related data.


CERINTE

•Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field;
•Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar position involving data analysis and processing tasks;
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, lookups, sorting, counts;
•Basic knowledge of relational databases (such as MS Access) - basic queries, reporting;
•Ability to produce documentation using the MS Office suite of products;
•Strong communication, computer and analytical skills;
•Strong initiative and problem solving skills;
•Good oral and written English;
•Preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience with IT Asset management (hardware or software) and asset tracking tools (Remedy, AssetCenter);
- Familiarity with IT hardware (PCs, servers, networking and telecom equipment);
- Familiarity with software licensing compliance principles;
- Procurement (purchasing) experience;
