- Provide administration for common applications such as MS Office 2007, MS Sharepoint (Intranet)
- Preparation, Installation and Deployment of Share Point Office Server 2007
- Managing a farm shared Service Provider & integrating with Active Directory & Email
- Configuring Search Setting
- Managing security for sites and sub-sites
- Consultant for Backing Up and Restore policy implementation for Sharepoint infrastructure
- Provide an interface between the business and application providers
- Create documentation for applications, installation and user guides
- Manage and maintain MS Office 2007 templates
- Provide training for new joiners or to existing staff on new applications
- Develop system administration standards and procedures to maintain consistent practices.
- Mainly strong VBA and VBscript for MS office 2007 skills
- Mainly Sharepoint 2007 administration experience
- Awareness of Citrix Presentation Server and its capabilities
- Minimum experience with MS SQL Server & T-SQL
- Fluent in English
- Communicative, customer - oriented.
