- Responsible for assuring the technical and the user support for applications in the following areas:
o Installation and configuration of the application, data migration
o Correct functionalities and update
- Designing the database structure and the database interfaces for the application together with the Database Administrator and the Analyst Architect.
- Estimating the storage requirements for the application and informing the Database Administrator from Application Management department.
- Specifying modifications of the database structure for the application.
- Performance tuning for the application during development in cooperation with Database Administrator.
- Responsible for designing the application’s security guidelines aligned with the IT security policy.
- Create and maintain documentation for procedures related to the administered applications.
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science or high school degree combined with relevant experience.
- 1-3 years development experience.
- Experience with complex applications.
- Experience with SQL programming.
- Experience with database administration.
- Any database development/administration certifications would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Responsible, flexible and adaptable personality.
- Customer and problem solving oriented, team player.
- Very good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Problem solving oriented. Attention to detail.
