IT Governance concept knowledge
Strong communication and documentation skills for requirements gathering and analysis
Structured business requirements approach
Previous interfacing with customers/business teams is a plus.
Mercury ITG modules knowledge is a plus
Provides pre-sales support to programmers sales force as appropriate
