- Ensure proper functioning of processes and programs in the information system in particular administration of applications and database consistency.
- Management of applications that are implemented in the company's information system
- Responsible for performing exploitation activities according to the exploitation folder of applications implemented in the information system.
- Responsible for creating and verifying reports to the authorities.
- Responsible to keep updated the documentations, procedures related to the operation processes or those regarding the administration of the implemented applications;
- Responsible to keep updated the documentation of the technical architecture for the information system implemented in the organization;
- To suggest improvements regarding the correction / prevention of all the errors detected in the operation of the applications;
- To offer 1st level support by means of the helpdesk activities and, for the cases that cannot be solved at the first level, he/she is in charge of escalating/monitoring them at level 2 (external providers) and at the Helpdesk service.
- Responsible for updating and optimizing backup and restore policy as well as for checking the consistency of backups performed.
- He/she can be involved in preparing reports or small developments requested by the organization;
The position is splited between BRD Asigurari Viata (7 hours/ day) and BRD Pensii (1 hour/day) .
- Two-three years minimum in the administration of applications and the database administration
Profilul candidatului:
-Master degree in computer science, computer information systems or a related field (equivalent education and work experience may be substituted);
- University degree completed- IT profile;
- Knowledge in SQL and VBA;
- Knowledge in DBMS administration of Oracle or MS SQL 2005, MS Access;
- Good knowledge in database modeling;
- Minimal knowledge using applications and concepts ETL (extract, transform, load);
- Knowledge in using MS Visio minimum design;
- Knowledge of client-server 2-tier models and 3-tier and J2EE technology;
- Average knowledge working with Web services technologies- IIS and JBoss;
- Knowledge of Windows networks.
- Advanced level of english knowledge;
- Ability to interact and collaborate with members of cross-functional teams;
- Attention to detail and quality oriented.
