Excellent technical skills as well as knowledge of operating systems and networking.
Experience with hardware and software configurations and network configuration and maintenance.
Trouble shooting skills: help desk user support, Microsoft desktop software installation/maintenance.
User and friendly oriented attitude / good communication and English skills.
