IT Administrator (Data& VoIP)

We are searching for a colleague for the following position:

IT Office Administrator
in our Bucharest-based B::IT team.

The department B::IT takes care of 1&1's corporate Intranet and all internal applications and services. Our tasks range from the company's exchange server, the telephony system, various highly integrated self-made tools, software deployment, workstation configuration, up to service and support, internal training, concepts and planning. We connect more than 2500 employees in all 1&1 locations and just as many people working for outsourcers.


What would you do?

You will….

…be responsible for all IT work in our Bucharest office. That includes:
* The asterisk-based telephony systems
* Windows and UN*X Work stations
* Printers
* File servers
* WLAN access
* Hardware
* Software
…fulfill these tasks in collaboration with the "Office Technologies" team located in Germany, who give you a solid base of infrastructure to build upon.

If you have:

... a good knowledge of Windows systems and how they interconnect with print-, mail- and file servers;
...experience with telephony systems and Asterisk in general;
…good knowledge of Linux Environment (including shell scripting);
…knowledge about the Internet Infrastructure in general
…good ability to speak and understand English.


Would be a plus:

...knowledge of German language
