For one of our clients, subsidiary of one of the largest international banking networks headquartered in France, we are looking for an IT Administrator & Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Partnering data integration;
Managing data exchange with partners;
Performing data analysis, checking and reporting;
Providing user support in terms of business requirement formalization and IT interpretation;
Providing users training;
Coordinating local projects;
Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and upgrading servers, workstations, printers and applications;
Performing data backups and disaster recovery operations;
Ensuring an IT security policy compliant to the Group policy;
Generating and following up queries, escalation & reports.
Would be a plus:
Knowledge of French language;
Insurance business knowledge;
Knowledge of Notes messaging system.
University degree in computer science, mathematics or economy;
Fluency in English;
2-5 years work experience in a professional environment with international exposure;
Basic knowledge in project management
Dynamic, rigorous, open-minded and imaginative person,with proven capacity to write synthetic, simple and understandable reports;
Excellent knowledge of Windows 2000/XP OS;
Previous network administration and IT Security experience.
