you will
-be part of a 2 person team responsible for all IT work in our Bucharest office. That includes:
-install / troubleshoot Windows and Linux;
-manage an Asterisk server, Domain Controller and other various servers
-do maintenance work on servers and equipment;
-install/troubleshoot hardware (PC/server/printer/AP/UPS/SIP phone, etc.);
- perform help desk activities;
-apply 1&1 standards in Bucharest regarding the information system
- maintain constant communication with 1&1 Germany and assist in various information system implementations.
-a good understanding of Ipv4, subnets, vlan, wireless technologies, common tcp/udp ports, encryption standards, vpn tunneling
-knowledge about DHCP, DNS, VPN, VOIP services and implementations;
-experience with routing technologies, firewall, general knowledge about IDS/IPS;
-experience with iptables, asterisk, htb;
-experience installing various distributions of linux/windows;
-experience creating and using OS images, deployment tools, software install/troubleshoot/uninstall;
-experience with troubleshooting hardware problems (diagnose, repair or replace CPUs, motherboards, PCI cards, power supplies, etc.).
Would be a plus
-knowledge of Apache and MySQL;
-knowledge about cryptography and certain implementations;
-general knowledge of authentication schemas and implementations
-Cisco certification or experience;
-knowledge of German language.
