What's the job about
• IT infrastructure management:
- Installation and configuration of workstations and networks
- Managing local networks and servers
- Managing DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, e-mail service and telecom connections
- Evaluate and recommend purchase of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, software
- Express recommendations on software applications purchase
- IT equipment inventory
• IT Maintenance:
- Network maintenance and IT equipment (laptops, printers, servers)
- Managing hardware repairs
- Managing relationships with external partners in the improvement and development of systems and networks
- Management and supervision of external services (outsourced)
- Software solutions management - upgrades, updates, backups, configuration.
- Supply of IT consumables
• IT Support:
- Technical support offered to employees for use of the software
- Assist each user when a new project / application is installed
- Provide helpdesk

What are the requirements
- IT background (graduate or student)
- Good command of English
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
- IT networks knowledge
- Active Directory
- Cisco certification is a plus
- Any programming knowledge can be a plus
