Benefits development
Analysis of national lifestyle needs of potential cardholders
Contract substantial benefits in the chosen areas of lifestyle interest with emphasis on a few premium benefits.
- Ensure national coverage of supply of the chosen premium benefits
Secure the maintenance of the benefits database and the updating of all communication channels on line and off line

Distribution Development
Enlargement of the direct and agents ISIC distribution network in Romania both on line as well as off line, through :
a. Appointment of new agents
b. Securing nationwide coverage
c. Development of on line sales
Contracting Co/brand partnerships

Marketing
Securing media coverage for ISIC through PR activities with specialist and general media
Develop promotional and advertising activities directly, with GTS Travel and other partners (eg BRD).

Objectives of above marketing activities being

a. Increase awareness amongst target market of value and benefits of ISIC
b Being an effective marketing and communications tool for the benefits
suppliers.

Administration

Ensuring the completion of the following tasks
managing of cards stocks and supplies
managing distribution network, agents appointments procedures
controlling invoices
submission of sales results and estimates
supervision and control of the personal data protection area
completing and submitting of Performance Assessment Scheme and Territorial Strategic Plan
completing and submitting of Quarterly LA Performance
updating and publishing of ISTC cards issuing manual, updates of GTS intranet
supervision of the personal data protection area in coop with HR/Legal Executive
submission of sales results and estimates

RepReporting
- weekly reports to Managing Director
- monthly reports to the Board
