- Identify and analyze the business areas to be improved by Information Systems;
- Translate business and user requirements into technical requirements, information flows and processes using internal methodology and standards;
- Analyze project feasibility, develop project plans and ensure project control within approved budget;
- Lead projects and ensure adherence to agreed plans;
- Develop reports for existing/new systems;
- Perform troubleshooting on information systems;
- Prepare manuals and provide training to users;
- Provide account and relationship management to IT service providers.
- University degree (Computer Science or related degree would be a plus);
- 2 years experience as programmer / database administrator or systems analyst in the following areas: ERP (Finance, Payroll, SCADA, Bar Coding); also, experience in Vision, SAP, SUN, Charisma HR, Expandable is a plus;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
