1 Description of Unit
Business Unit Global Services has a number of Global Services Delivery Centers around the world which complements the Market Units in delivering delivery services to Ericsson’s customers.
Enterprise Network Operation Center (ENOC) is part of the global footprint for regional delivery of Enterprise Managed Services.
ENOC is today one of the primary operations centers and will focus on Enterprise customers, including responsibility for operating and running Ericsson's corporate global voice and data networks.
Within the ENOC there are three units focusing on the various aspects of delivery, Ops Support, Front Office and Back Office.
Back Office within the NOC is distributed over 2 sub-units, Infrastructure and Applications.
The organization is responsible for provisioning and operation of our customer’s data, voice network. Within the responsibility are complicated fault restorations (Assurance), technical changes, configuration management, readiness, security, billing management, measurements, provisioning and consultancy.
Back Office is the second line to our Front Office.

2 Job Description (Assurance)
Responsible for advanced handling of customer service requests within the area of Operation Assurance with full responsibility for lead-time and quality

Take responsibility that LSA/SLO objectives that are being meet according to defined fault priority level
Communicate with sub-contractors/partners/customers as well as with various internal units and stakeholders

Analyze, isolate and solve complex fault issues as well as contribute to corrective actions.

Holder of expert knowledge in specified products areas regarding Operation Assurance
Documented several years of experience from advanced service and/or maintenance within the requested competence areas

2.1 Detailed technical competences
Should have experience equivalent to Level 3 or above according to the Ericsson Career Model.

Advanced knowledge of trouble-shooting, configuration and problem solving skills within Enterprise customer networks, in particular mobile operators, primarily with routers (Cisco, Juniper, and RedBack), Firewall (Netscreen), Load Balancer (F5), but also Extreme and Ericsson product portfolio.
Further within IP Network product area, QoS, VPN, Routing Protocols, MPLS, VoIP, and Security (firewall policies, security analysis, intrusion prevention).
In addition, high knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite and high level application protocols (GTP, RTSP, H323 etc) is strictly necessary.
Deep knowledge of MPBN architecture (Core and IP Layer)
Knowledge of ByteMobile platform, which includes Sun Solaris administration skills and Load Balancers administration skills.
Knowledge of packet logic platform
Knowledge of DNS IP Works, which includes Sun Solaris administration skills and DNS knowledge base.
Knowledge of scripting management for network administration purposes (Unix shell, Perl, XML, Phyton etc)
Knowledge of Performance Management for IP devices (SNMP based tool for monitoring and performance purposes).
Knowledge of IVR Telsis

3 Qualification
