For one of our clients, a leading global company, from the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining an excellent connection with the customers regarding the logistics topics;
Forwarding any other topic to the responsible department if required;
Setting up and updating the customers contract list and data base;
Providing support to the Logistics Manager, mainly for Key Account Clients;
Operating all the orders in system for invoicing and the write off in the system;
Operating the returns in the system, documented and prepares monthly reports.
Invoicing discounts and any type of operation required by the manager;
Operating service reports and Internal Orders in the system.
Previous experience in a similar job - at least, two years;
University degree in the Financial / Accounting field;
Good financial and logistics knowledge;
Good command of English - upper intermediate;
Excellent communication skills;
High attention to details.
