To follow up the Invoice procedures:
-> generating invoices based on different reports
-> use Excel to build invoices related to the different list with prices
->insert the information in the system (SAP).
-> check if the invoices fits the proforma and block the billing
- build an additional piece link to the invoice, and send the document to the customer
-Fluency in French and English (will be used internally or with customer over the phone or via mail)
-Excel and Outlook knowledge,
- Capacity of working with numbers
-Detail orientated
- Patient, precise, focused on one task
- To be able to prioritize task within a week
- Customer orientated
