- Relationship with institutional investors, brokerage and rating firms, through periodic and ad-hoc reports following international standards reporting, financial and capital exchanges specific indicators.
- Relationship with all banks and international lenders the company is in contact with by providing feasibility studies, business plans and financial reports.
- Participate in the performing of business financial analysis and investment appraisals for the new development opportunities.
- Offers structured and ad-hoc business financial analysis support to the Company management, institutional investors and lenders, professional stock-brokers, rating companies and company’s partners.
We are looking for the right person to play a critical role in building recognition and maintain the excellent relationship with all company’s financial partners such institutional investors, international lenders and local banks, and financial institutions. You must be a professional with excellent communication and presentation skills and proven financial analysis and reporting capabilities to join the Romanian market leader in real-estate residential development.
Key competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance and Accounting is a plus);
- Any additional training or degrees in financial analysis or financial related areas as well as MBA, ACCA, CFA etc. would be a plus;
- Minimum of 5 years exposure to multinational environment with minimum 3 years experience in financial analysis and reporting with an emphasis on capital exchanges activities, instruments and specific terminology.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills as well as proven knowledge of financial modeling, business and financial analysis, forecasting and reporting according to IAS along with strong abilities in drafting presentations and financial related reports are essentials for this challenging role.
Skills required:
- Excellent computer skills for the Microsoft Office package;
- English proficiency (other language competencies would be a plus);
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Ability to perform effectively in a team environment;
- Strong follow-up and monitoring skills, with time-management abilities;
- Resourceful, resilient; self-starter, highly energetic and innovative person with excellent interpersonal, networking, organizational, motivational and management skills.
