- Creates and executes investments projects and revises as appropriate to meet business needs and requirements;
- Project initiation and cost benefit analysis, manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and liases with all department heads involved;
- Project management and analysis;
- Development of project outlines & development of project plans;
- Negocites contracts, service and delivery terms and conditions with partners and equipment providers;
- Project tracking and reporting.
- University Degree;
- Flexible approach to work, ability to motivate and communicate with colleagues and partners at all levels;
- Strong ethical principles, diplomacy and confidentiality
- At least 3 years experience in similar position preferable within the construction or production sector;
- Very good PC Skills (MS Office, MS Project);
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Excellent communication skills and team player;
- Good sense of humour.
