RESPONSABILITATI

Job’s objective:
Coordination of investment procurement activity in order to achieve the best commercial and technical terms. Ensures purchasing of good and services for Network development investments (filling station green field projects, rebranding) and filling station maintenance, to lead depots investments and maintenance, all other investments purchasing.

- co-ordinate purchasing processes (tendering, contracting, supplier evaluation and claim procedure) in order to achieve the best commercial and technical conditions for delivered material or service for the relevant department
- prepare the short and long term strategy on the base of analysis of procurement process
- analyse the purchase request and suggest the type of tender and evaluation method;
- lead and co-ordinate the tendering procedure as head of evaluation committee
- create inquires, commercial & complex evaluations, orders and all related documentation for tendering process
- negotiate commercial conditions of offer and participate in technical negotiation
- prepare the contract drafts, in particular commercial conditions collecting and considering the comments from other related units
- check the fulfilment of contractual conditions in contract and lead and co-ordinate claim procedure if needed
- monitor the market trend and prepare analyses from the commercial and technical point of view
- work out the risk and market analysis in order to reduce a probability of risk event and to increase the efficiency of procurement sub-processes
- follow up of contracts and deliveries including custom clearance procedure
- participate in re-brand projects
- co-operate with Supplier management
- follow up the supplier prequalification results
- periodically evaluate the suppliers in BMR system
- prepare relevant situation and keep evidences about the tenders, exception and contracts
- maintain and develop the supplier’s database


CERINTE

- experience in procurement with good knowledge in investments procurement
- university degree
- technical background, especially related to Filling stations building and maintenance
- SAP R/3 knowledge or other ERP systems knowledge
- English advanced with commercial and technical terminology
