- to ensure middle office activities related to retail investment products,
- main contact for Vienna Retail Investment Back Office related specific retail investment products sold by branches,
- Performing enquires regarding securities transactions and securities accounts,
- In any situation when is needed to support Back Office from Vienna: providing clarification in case of incomplete / incorrect orders, making internal investigations in case of unclear issues or activities,
- Depending on system capabilities will have to set up or perform updates in securities accounts of the clients, providing to the branches on request reports (e.g. statement of holdings),
- Periodically or on request provide reports to internal departments and/or to investment product managers team,
- Follow the payment between the bank and Vienna Back Office and in case when reconciliations are needed communicate with Vienna Back Office,
- All responsibilities of the position holder are completed by internal working procedures & regulations. The job holder is responsible to know and be updated with procedures in force.
- University studies( preferable economical studies);
- Minimum 2-3 years banking experience (security market experience is a plus)
- Banking and security market legislation knowledge
- Oral and written communication abilities in English (is a must).
- PC knowledge.
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to stay focused under pressure;
