- Back office administration of investment portfolios;
- Daily valuation of insurance and unit linked portfolios;
- Liaise with customer services department to answer client inquiries regarding investment management;
- Record and reconcile all trades and transactions;
- Money transfers/payment orders in and outside Romania;
- Deliver reports to the Netherlands head office, local management and regulatory commissions;
- Invoice processing, payment and follow up;
- Reconcile statement of holdings and transfer securities to custody;
- Other accountabilities and specific tasks assigned by the manager, as justified by business needs;
- Calculate daily the net asset value;
- Report monthly to head office, local management and regulatory commissions;
- Record daily trades and transactions using the asset management software.
Professional knowledge:
- University degree in Economics (Finance, Banks, Insurance and Stock Exchange Faculty);
- Fair degree of theoretical and practical knowledge of financial instruments;
- Very good working level of English;
- PC skills ¿ Excel, Word
Internal knowledge: knowledge of internal policies and procedures, ING policies, relationships, organizational structure etc.
External knowledge: knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments
