Evaluates the projects¿ profitability by investment scenario cash flows for each transaction
¿ Provides necessary information related to projects
¿ Maintains relationship with architects for the projects
¿ Deals with suppliers of the projects
¿ Drafts and updates business plans for each selected opportunity
¿ Makes reports on the status of the business development plan
¿ Liaise with the Chief Financial Officer and makes sure she has from him all the data projections and financial estimation
¿ Maintains a project database and makes back-ups for each project
¿ Specific market research related to projects in work
¿ Coordinates with the Deputy on Marketing related issues for each project¿
¿ Assists in identifying, negotiating and executing investment strategy
¿Be able to carry out and maintain detailed investment analysis performance including Cash flow, Equity requirements, debt service, IRR, Profit on Cost
¿ Be able to negotiate terms of Debt w/ banks
¿ Be able to negotiate terms of lease w/ tenants
