- Investigating, instructing, processing or verifying corrections for any kind of operational errors related to customers accounts(both in RON and foreign currency) for payments, loans, FX and other transactions.
- Responsible for prompt, correct and complete answers to specific clients??? inquiries related to expected incoming funds, investigation issues, missing documents, SWIFT correspondence
- University degree (economic background, preferably);
- Senior level of experience in banking (preferable experience in banking operations);
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written communication in Romanian and English);
- Well organised, self-disciplined, customer focused, problem solving skills;
- Positive personality, good interpersonal skills;
- Self- motivated, interested in self- development;
