Responsible for organising, co-ordinating and control the activity of Investigations Team:
- Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining control over applicable rules, procedures and operational workflow - in compliance with internal and external regulations;
- Ensure proper allocation of recources (i.e allocation of staff per specific tasks);
- Co-operate in staff recruitment process; organise, co-ordinate and monitor day-to-day activity; set individual & team objectives; coach and evaluate staff performance;
- Developing and maintaining local management set.
- University degree – economic background, preferably;
- Senior level of experience in banking operations;
- Analytical and organisational capabilities, strong communications skills, customer oriented attitude;
- Good command of English language.
