PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Main responsability: Performs regular inventory control in shops for: merchandise, bulk food, internal consumption products, animals
• Respects and implements inventory procedures for all company’s goods: merchandise, furniture, equipments and tools;
• Coordinates and participates at execution of monthly and annual inventory controls in office, stores and warehouse;
• prepares inventory results for analysis;
• prepares proposals for control and secure procedures to assure conserving values of company’s goods;
• Checks the compliance of the procedures and the accuracy of filling the forms
• Checks the existence of all the papers and documents required in the shops
• Checks the updating of evidence for animal’s care, treatments,
• Keeps a daily record of the activity
• Trains the personal in order to respect and apply the company rules regarding inventory and values protection
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• University degree - economy
• Previous experience in inventory controlling position
• Experience and knowledge of stock management
• Experience with stock management programs necessary
• English proficiency – grammatically and verbally medium level
• PC literacy – word, excel
• Positive relationship with animals and experience with pet care is necessary
• Diving license necessary

• Very well organized and methodical, multi tasking necessary
• Good negotiation skills
• Must be fine with many people, able to speak clearly, very good communication skills
• Problems solving attitude, proactive, independent, optimist
