At this moment we are looking for a new colleague that will join our recruitment team and working as a consultant as well as a new colleague for one of our clients' HR team
He/she will:
- be responsible with the entire recruitment flow for a certain project;
- use all the methods for sourcing candidates: ads, active search and direct contact of candidates,company's database, personal network;
- conduct interviews and test candidates (both technical and cognitive skills);
- maintain relation and contact with candidates during the recruitment and selection process;
- draft interview reports for the candidates selected;
- participate in job fairs whenever needed.
A MUST:
- fluent English;
- preferably a Psychology student
- proficient computer user;
- diplomatic, ethical;
- highly organized;
- very good communication skills: many of times he/she will need to "sell" a position/company.
