The firm is looking for a bright, motivated young professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and passionate about the financial industry to join our M&A team starting with November 2016/ December 2016.
You will work alongside experienced industry leaders and be provided guidance and mentor ship within a team based environment.
The position is open to candidates for the Bucharest office of the company and may entail a subsequent job offer as Junior Financial Analyst depending on candidate performance, company needs and market conditions.

• You will be tasked with supporting senior M&A bankers in executing transactions alongside other bankers;
• You will support industry-focused bankers who originate and execute all sorts of deals for their clients, including M&A , MBOs, LBOs and capital raising;
• Start working immediately on active mandates, industry research and pitch requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gathering and synthesizing financial and operating information about companies and industries;
- Gathering market data to analyze trends and help value and price transactions;
- Drafting presentations and other documents for a wider audience within the Firm and the financial services industry;
- Preparing precedent transactions and comparable company analysis;
- Preparing pitch books.
Note:
The internship is not remunerated. A full time position will be provided pending performance assessment.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements
- You graduated or you are presently enrolled in a undergraduate or postgraduate program Finance, Business Administration or Accounting (preferably);
- You have strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data;
- You are a proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities;
- You are results-driven and perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines;
- You articulate complex ideas simply and summarize them effectively; ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is an advantage;
- You possess superior computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Desk Research, etc.);
- You are committed to excellence in your work and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
