RESPONSABILITATI

• Defines the customer segments to be addresses through online sales campaigns
• Decides on the sales campaigns (products, timing, objectives)
• Works together with Marketing Department to develop the materials/tools to be used, presence schedule
• Manages the internet campaigns during their development and initiates actions in order to optimize the evolution of the campaign
• Manages the leads generation tools from www.ing.ro
• Manages the partnerships with lead generators partners
• Evaluates actions, campaigns, partners and takes actions according to the observed results
• Responsible for the number of leads generated
• Tracks budget expenditures and manages expenses
• Works together with Product Management Department in order to define actions and campaigns on Home’Bank


CERINTE

• Working experience in digital media agencies and/or departments coordinating internet activities of large companies
• Good knowledge and connections in the Internet market (publishers, agencies, bloggers, etc.)
• Experience in partnerships management
• Understanding of the internet user behaviour
• Sound knowledge about segmentation and targeting principles
• Good negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the analytics used in the market
• A basic understanding of web technologies
• Good analytical abilities and ability to apply findings to projects
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent team player
• Demonstrated success in the management and execution of complex digital projects
