BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT:
Global Operations and IT (GO+IT) manages the processes and systems on which HP runs. Supporting everything from our routes to market, business groups and logistics, to our sales force and our online presence, GO+IT is responsible for ensuring that HP functions smoothly. In the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, the group has targets in areas such as cost, quality and performance. It forms part of GO+IT worldwide and works with its global counterparts to develop better processes and ways of working.
Project Managers in eCampaign Operations are responsible for driving the implementation of e-marketing activities such as web and web application projects, e-mail marketing campaigns and for the migration and/or retirement of existing sites within HP.com and Campaign Mgmt Operation.
They are the primary interface to the Consulting team for budget estimation, technical concepts and Web Development & eCampaign Execution.
The consultants have the direct contact to the segments in HP. They consult the segments in what projects they should engage in, as well as advice in communication form.
If the project is of a nature that does not require consultation of the business stakeholder the HPCE Technical Project Manager should have the direct contact to the segment
Also the HPCE Technical Project Manager is responsible for web site localization & translation. This means that they are the primary contact to the country responsible internet manager for localization & review in the entire EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) region.
When the project is defined it is either outsourced to third party or passed on to the HPCE Technical Project Managers for completion.
This involves working with several specialized teams that each will contribute to the end product.
The main contact for the HPCE Technical Project Manager is between the consultant and the developers and technical people.
The HPCE Technical Project manager is for the project responsible for tracking and reporting status in terms of timeline as well as budget.

Responsible for setting up dashboards and project reports. Implementing and regularly updating the project tracking tool for internal communication. Set up localization and roll-out process for EMEA-wide campaigns. Established handover process to maintenance and ensure necessary documentation is available
