The reports will be mainly:
- Management Overview Reports
- Site Metrics Reports
The key responsibilities of this role are to complete reoccurring planned tasks as well as tasks entered into the internal work flow system and prioritizing according to business needs.
On the long term, a second role will be taking the lead of technical investigations and implementation of new KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).
Main tasks:
- Monthly/weekly running of existing web reports
- Creation of new sample reports, in case of new requests;
- Estimating timelines for investigations, automation, production
-Participating in discussions around all the phases of the new project (tech investigations, development and implementation)
- Implementing new KPIs in existing reports
- Basic knowledge of web technologies
- MS Excel (expert level);
- VBA and SQL knowledge (expert level)
- MS Access knowledge (intermediate);
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to different tools;
- Good communications skills, both written and spoken – Fluency in English;
- Team player, self motivated, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure unsupervised;
- Organized, able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
If you have any knowledge of below it is an advantage but not a requirement:
- Knowledge of Internet Marketing fundamentals
- Experience with analytical reporting
