Job Description:
As a Team Supervisor you will assist the Manager in day-to-day operations for a team of 11+ people located in Bucharest, ensure the team provides high quality, on time and customer focused services which complies with the company requirements. You must perform assigned duties, under direction of the Manager, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions.
The position will require an interpersonal style that will allow him / her to be demanding when setting objectives and securing results in a highly-matrix work environment. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
- Implement and maintain office practice standards, report performance evaluation of team members and team development as instructed by the Manager;
- Implement processes and procedures to maximize efficiency of operations as instructed by the Manager;
- Exercise judgment within guidelines;
- Daily support the team members regarding problems and / or tasks assigned to them.
Candidate¿s profile:
- At least 1 year supervising experience in Information Technology with a variety of software disciplines;
- Basic knowledge regarding business management, employment law and organizational behavior;
- Advanced computer skills are a must for success in this role;
- Strong bilingual skills are considered a plus ¿ the candidate must minimum speak, read and write in English proficiently;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently;
- Quality and cost driven;
- Excellent time management skills.
