e-ComCat is a central tool to build and maintain customer specific catalogs for Volume Direct business environment. This includes the data aggregation of required content and pricing information, the catalog management and the publishing of electronic catalogs.
o Minimum 5 years in IT environment either in testing or development area;
o Experience in e-commerce / web environment;
o Tools knowledge required: SQL, Xcell, Brio;
o Training documentation;
o Project Management knowledge. Ability to work across boundaries & drive cross-functional improvement plans;
o Excellent communication skills (both written & oral). Fluent in English;
o Understand business needs constraints & orientations: be reactive, proactive and inventive;
o Sensible to customer experience, satisfaction;
o Ability to prioritize, strong commitment on deadlines and influence others;
o Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high pressure environment;
o Flexibility, quick adaptation.
