- Support to group companies within the field of domestic and international taxation;
- Management of cross-border corporate income tax issues;
- Transfer pricing and tax effective supply chain optimization solutions;
- Complex VAT and excise duties day-to-day management;
- Collection and standardization of tax reporting and compliance matters;
- Tax optimization and deal structuring (mergers & acquisitions).
Professional Knowledge and Experience Required :
- University degree, experience within the field of international tax planning (e.g. tax optimizations, tax restructuring, cross-border reorganizations);
- Knowledge of transfer pricing, including tax effective supply chain optimization in the basic industry;
- Good insight in indirect taxes (VAT/excise duties) specifically relating to Oil & Gas;
- Tax reporting /compliance experience.
Competencies Required :
- Strong analytical skills, flexible thinking & learning desire;
- Fluency in English and preferrably one other language (next to mother language);
- Good communication with external advisors and local tax authorities, negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently but also as team player.
The candidate should be willing to travel 20-25% of the working time, both locally and internationally.
