The International Returns Coordinator works in a European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. Our environment is dynamic and characterized by high customer focus, speed, change, and constant evolution.
The position is focused on the monitoring and controlling of physical claims.
Job Description
The position includes responsibilities such as:
¿ Provide daily controlling of physical claimed and returned material, e.g.
o Monitor overdue returns with Logistics
o Check returned material with Return Centers
o Solve discrepancies
¿ Coordinate and manage structured and high quality communication to both Logistics and Return Centers as well as internal colleagues
¿ Ensure that policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met
¿ As being part of a European Operations Platform team, you will potentially take on responsibility in additional team topics
¿ Fluent in English, written and spoken
¿ Ideally fluent in German or French (spoken)
¿ University Degree in Business or equivalent
¿ Able to work independently. Strong team player.
¿ Solution oriented

¿ Strong analytical and negotiation skills
¿ Ability to manage diversity
¿ Customer service mentality
¿ Excellent communication skills
¿ PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge, excellent Excel and Power point knowledge
