- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance;
- Bachelors¿ degree / Masters Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Math / Engineering or Accountancy School;
- Green Belt certification is a must;
- Black Belt training / certification is preferred;
- Proficiency of statistical packages software;
- Positive attitude and a professional presence;
- Customer service oriented skills and approach with the ability to handle conflict situations;
- Team-player with strong communications skills in English;
- Effective time manager with ability to self-prioritise task completion and track and report status;
- Quality-oriented attention to details;
- Ability to contribute in a fast moving; environment. Comfortable dealing with multi cultural teams and circumstances;
- Meet agreed deadlines for action and feedback;
- Act with a high level of flexibility.
