The "EMEA Marketing, Contact Center & Alliance" team focuses on defining procurement strategies that effectively supports HP Business and function strategies and programs.

You will play a key role in a pan European project. Based in our new offices in Bucharest, the challenges vary in scale from leadership of procurement strategy for complex services that typically spans multiple business and multiple countries, to the leadership of regional sourcing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
¿ Drive the development of EMEA wide suppliers and projects, meeting and beating targets for cost savings.
¿ Select and manage suppliers across region that includes; France, Germany Italy Spain and UK
¿ Support and work with other Procurement colleagues and stakeholders to achieve objectives
¿ Provide Procurement expertise (sourcing, negotiation, contracting, risk management, pricing).
¿ Supplier relationship management and contract development.
¿ Demonstrate and develop appropriate knowledge of Marketing discipline and Marketing Agency procurement strategies.
¿ Project management responsibilities.
¿ Bachelor's (undergraduate) or Master's (graduate) degree in Business or Economics
¿ 3 to 5 years of practical experience in procurement is a must (preferably in service buying environment).
¿ Strong communication skills. Fluent in English.
¿ Strong leadership capabilities.
¿ Project management skills and interpersonal communication skills. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
¿ Strong analytical skills. International experience.
