• Accountable for the production of periodic reports, maintenance of an adequate system of records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risks.
• Runs regularly complex analysis in the claim related area (analysis of whole claims process starting from the notification of claim up to the settlement of claim) for evaluating performance of claims handling activity and identifying process related issues.
• Ensures that the claims results (payments, reserves, claims handling performance) are accurately analyzed and reported.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports by analyzing various financial data and using multiple financial and technical systems or databases.
• Participate in the preparation and development of controlling tools and management reports.
• Proposes improvements to the analysis methods and systems ;
• Contributes to ensuring that policies and procedures, analysis methods and systems are aligned with the business requirements and in compliance with the company standards.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the field of controlling and insurance sector or in the finance/banking field ;
• University degree in business administration ;
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel) ; SAP skills represent an advantage ;
• Excellent analytical skills and strong affinity for numbers ;
• Attention to details and accuracy ;
• Strong drive for results
• Ability to clearly communicate and present findings
• Very good knowledge of English
