Based in our new offices in Bucharest, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the overall success of our Credit and Collection center operationally as well as the leader of a team of around 15 collection specialists. Your engagement drives forward the business strategy to achieve operational excellence and impacts business results within the countries. You will be determined to achieve superior customer satisfaction in everything you do.
Responsibilities
Manage and provide leadership through ongoing communication, direction and coaching, achieving the superior performance of the team and individual.
Align team goals with business goals and challenge the staff to achieve high level of performance
Develop the team through training and new opportunities
Assist management team in developing and implementing key strategies and initiatives for the organization
Act as an escalation point for the team members
Reinforces HP¿s leadership values and expected behaviors
Demonstrates effective communications with staff, partners and customers
Ensure customers receive ¿best total customer experience¿
Meets/exceeds collection metrics and targets
University graduate with ideally 3-6 years working experience in a multinational environment, including minimum 2 years people management experience
Fluent in English and another Western European language such as German or Italian
Team oriented
Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
Strong initiative and high motivation for herself/himself and others
Good communication and analytical skills
Previous Collection experience is a plus
