RESPONSABILITATI

-Prepare monthly collections strategies
-Prioritize workload with minimal supervision
-Effectively forecast month-end metric results
-Report progress on an ongoing basis
-Demonstrate sound judgment, prompt follow-up, and timely escalations
-Learn customer infrastructure, processes, contacts
-Identify, negotiate, and implement payment solutions and customer process improvements
-Escalate disputes and non-responsiveness situations to internal or external contacts
-Document collections in centralized system
-Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships
-Identifies ¿at risk¿ customers and engages key contacts to resolve issues.
-Follows Company and department policies and processes.
-Facilitate dispute management process
-Identify root causes of problems and recommend solutions
-Communicate issues to cross-functional partners and facilitate dialogue through to resolution
-Identify and implement process changes
-Identify and manage disputed accounts per the dispute resolution process.
-Document and track problem frequencies
