- Deal with collection activities for U.S.A. clients, during the night and evening shifts.
- Interact, via email and telephone, with the debtors in collection process.
- Contact the debtors in order to get a payment agreement.
- Negotiate payment terms with the debtors.
- Follow-up on the collection process.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
- Availability to work in night and evening shifts (the job assumes regular night shifts);
- Previous collection experience is a plus, but not mandatory;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong telephone skills and basic PC knowledge;
- Organized and goal oriented;
- University degree required or students in senior years.
