The jobholders will be responsible for:
- Reception and verification of requisitioning of users and buyers.
- Answer supplier questions.
- Purchase order preparation and issuance.
- Build good rapport with buyers, users and the suppliers.
- Fluent level of French and English (oral and written).
- Display proactiveness, initiative and adopt a problem solving attitude.
- Effective communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work independently and achieve goals and objectives set by the Business.
- PC literacy and good keyboard handling.
- Desirable experience in sourcing/ procurement.
