The International Area Sales Manager is responsible for sales and key account development in the assigned sales area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and maintain the assigned areas different partnerships (with entities such as agents, resellers and distributors);
2. Develop and manage the complete sales cycle in the assigned territory;
3. Generate revenues for the assigned territory;
4. Work closely with distributors, and their technical, sales and marketing teams;
5. Provide customers/partners with sales, marketing and logistic support;
6. Participate to the elaboration and updating of the channel sales strategy;
7. Supervise territory's distribution partners, supporting them to consistently close business on a forecasted monthly/quarterly basis - in order to meet or exceed the annual sales quota;
8. Consult with distribution partners, identify the requirements of their customers, facilitate technical information in easily understood terms of collaboration and develop relationships that meet partner and customer's needs;
9. Develop new and existing reselling partners and opportunities in the international mailserver field and beyond to their maximum potential accountable for maximizing commercial opportunities within the assigned territory.

The International Area Sales Manager will be part of a dynamic team. He will be responsible for Primary sales opportunities in the assigned territory, will focus on all targeted customer segments (such as ISPs, technology companies, hardware/software distributors and resellers, global web host providers, etc) according to the updated strategies;
Participate to the analysis and consultancy related to business decisions following to internal or external intimations.


CERINTE

� Minimum 2 years experience in selling services or B2B;
� University Graduate - Economic/Technical Studies;
� Experience in IT or IT sales courses would be a plus;
� Willingness and freedom to travel internationally;
� Diplomatic, sensitive to cultural differences;
� Able to perform sales & marketing presentations, and trainings to executives and individual contributors either in a group setting, one on one, or over the phone;
� Highly customer/partner-focused, high-level negotiation skills, target-driven, goal-oriented;
� Experience working in a high growth environment;
� Passionate about the product and love to sell;
� Desire to help build a world-class IT technology organization;
� Fluent in English.
