-Participates in the development and implementation of training programs in Basic and Financial Mathematics;
-Delivers the math trainings for different categories of personnel;
-Identifies training needs and develops training programs in collaboration with line management;
-Creates, develops and reviews the training materials;
-Develops and implements assessment tools, in order to evaluate training objectives achievement;
-Prepares periodical related activity reports.
-Didactical and pedagogical experience in mathematics, preferable High School level;
-Basic economic/financial knowledge is considered an advantage;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-Fluency in English is a must;
-Availability for travelling in Romania and abroad.
