- Developing, planning and executing the company's internal control strategy;
- Direct reporting to the Board of Directors with a day to day reporting line to the General Manager;
- Providing consultation to the management on risk management and internal control issues;
- Developing and maintaining senior level contact with NBG Group and Romanian regulatory authorities.
- University Degree in Economics or Law,
- At least two years work experience in the capital market,
- CNVM certification as internal controller is a plus
- Broad knowledge of the capital market operation, regulations and procedures,
- Fluency in both written and oral English,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
