The overall purpose of this job is to develop, design and manage internal information and communication actions and projects in order to inform the bank employees regarding the HR procedures and flows, internal organizational changes, staffing related changes, etc.
In particular, the duties include providing support to:
- Promoting Credit Europe Bank image on the market: job fairs, contact maintaining with major universities to increase brand awareness and develop a candidate pipeline;
- Contribute to HR image by timely and appropriate communication of important info related to HR management issues;
- Ensures the internal communication of all relevant information throughout the organization, to communicate staffing related changes in a quick and efficient manner;
- Support internal communication with a web application, and daily updated and transparent information;
- Develop customer oriented attitude (both for internal and external clients) and improve quality service level;
- Responsible for updating HR database of procedures and related documents, to assure traceability of procedural HR changes;
- Updating the Bank website and intranet in terms of content, from HR point of view;
- Responsible for the Induction Program of new employees;
- Employees assistance;
- Gathers, designs, and posts news and other informative content through the internal messages/ newsletters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – with ability to provide a clear and concise summary of information;
- Aptitude for reducing complex subject matter into succinct texts;
- Possess good analytical capabilities and communication, problem-solving and organizational skills;
- Strong creative skills;
- Accuracy, attention to details;
- Very good command of written and spoken English;
- Ability to use electronic office tools (word processing, spreadsheets, email, internet, etc.).
