- will assist in conducting internal audits (operational and financial), with a primary focus on complience and special investigations
- participate in independent assessments of Company's internal control structure
- assist in the planning of the scope for reviews and selection/development of appropriate audit/investigative procedures
- conduct interviews with all levels of staff and management
- assist in the preparation and execution of audit programs, questionnaires, reports and memorandums, as required for assigned projects
- review company's international subsidiaries complience with Company financial policies and with SOX ones.
- analyze financial information
- provide recommendations to business units in improving their internal control structure
- assists in conducting training related to fraud awareness and complience with code of Ethics and Business Conduct
- University degree - economical
- ACCA, CPA, CIA or CFE certification and/or fraud auditing experience desirable
- minimum 3 years in Audit/Consulting/Investigation experience
- proven experience working with computer-aided auditing and continuous monitoring tools (ACL or IDEA)
- multiple language skills are desirable (English & Russian, English & French, English & Arabic)
- key skills and abilities include project management, influencing, facilitation, process development, analysis and problem solving
- strong presentation and communication skills are a must
- ability to work independently ans as a part of a global team
- capacity to work in a non-routine and very complex environment
- ability to travel as required
