Developing and implementing policies and procedures in compliance with local rules and regulations;
Drawing up a comprehensive audit program in accordance with generally accepted audit standards;
Promoting effective controls and recommending operating improvements where necessary;
Organizing Sarbanes Oxley process;
Ensuring the review and appraisal of the soundness, adequacy and application of accounting, financial, operating, data processing and administrative policies and controls;
Supporting and / or coordinating external audit and responding to special requests from the internal and external audit teams;
Evaluating and analyzing current processes and technology and making recommendations of operating improvements where necessary;
Performing process redesign and process policy changes.
For one of our clients, a multinational company, one of the leaders in FMCG field on the Romanian market, we are looking for an Internal Auditor.
University degree, preferably in Economics;
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal or external audit, experience in a production company is a plus;
Knowledge and understanding of the principles and application of the business and operational risks, control processes and procedures;
Very good computer knowledge (SAP knowledge would be an advantage);
Fluent in English;
Organized, creative and open-minded;
Analytical thinking, with structured logical approach.
